On the morning of July 15, Dr. Zhou Shujun, Chairman of Nanjing Hexin Automation, was invited to serve as a corporate expert mentor and delivered a special presentation titled “Digital and Intelligent Empowerment in Manufacturing: Exploring Embodied Intelligence in Industrial Scenarios and the Cultivation of Skilled Talent” to the participating teachers.

At the lecture, Zhou Shujun drew on his frontline experience in deeply cultivating intelligent production lines and robot integration to analyze the capability requirements of the smart manufacturing industry for skilled professionals, using concrete examples of embodied‑intelligence applications in industrial settings. In line with the core objective of this training—“innovating and enhancing project‑based teaching”—he systematically outlined a roadmap for transforming real‑world enterprise production projects into classroom‑ready educational resources. Covering aspects such as project‑based instructional design, tiered hands‑on training, and diversified assessment, he guided vocational educators in bridging the gap between industrial production and classroom instruction, integrating cutting‑edge industrial technologies and engineering case studies into everyday teaching. This approach effectively strengthened participants’ abilities in industry–education collaboration and practical project‑based pedagogy, fostering a lively and engaging exchange throughout the session.
