On July 1, Nanjing Hexin Automation Co., Ltd. welcomed a vibrant wave of youthful energy as the company’s meticulously organized 2026 Summer Intern Orientation Ceremony was held successfully. Representatives from the corporate management and technical departments attended the event, joining ten ambitious and energetic interns to embark on a brand-new journey.
First Encounter with Hexin, Empowering Growth
Early in the morning, the interns departed from campus by bus and arrived at the company’s Nanjing headquarters, where they completed their onboarding procedures in an orderly manner under the coordination of the corporate administration department. Following this, all interns toured the headquarters’ office spaces and the corporate culture exhibition hall, watched a corporate promotional video, and gained a clear, firsthand understanding of the company’s overall development.
At the orientation session, the head of the Technology Department provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s evolution, core business areas, and technical workflows. Drawing on years of industry experience, they also shared practical advice and insights on transitioning from campus to the workplace. During the subsequent Q&A segment, company leaders and corporate management engaged directly with the interns, discussing career development, job requirements, and other topics, patiently addressing their questions and ensuring that each new hire felt genuinely valued and supported.
Practical experience forges strength, solidifying the foundation.
After concluding their visit to headquarters, the interns proceeded to the Heshin Discrete Intelligent Manufacturing Plant in Yancheng, where they toured the production and assembly workshops and received training on equipment operation and safety protocols. Upon entering the workshop, the neatly arranged automated machinery and standardized operating procedures gave the interns a more tangible sense of what lay ahead in their upcoming learning experience.
Next, they will complete a month-long systems training program at the Yancheng base. As the company’s production, manufacturing, and technical training center, the Yancheng plant offers a standardized development program that balances theoretical instruction with hands-on practice, helping each new employee build a solid foundation of core skills.
