The collaborative robot on site attracted everyone's attention. This robot mainly demonstrated an IO module automatic assembly and testing device. Currently, the assembly and quality inspection of IO modules during production are mainly done manually, which not only increases labor costs but also cannot guarantee assembly efficiency and quality. An IO module automatic assembly and testing device uses a four-station turntable in conjunction with module grabbing robots, cover grabbing robots, and visual cameras to simultaneously complete the feeding of four module bodies, position detection of the module bodies, assembly of the cover bodies with the module bodies, and inspection of assembly and product quality. This achieves automated assembly of IO modules while increasing assembly efficiency and quality; its promotion and application have good economic and social benefits.
