Case Introduction:
This workstation consists of a C-type transplant system, a C-type gantry welding station, and a control console, mainly used for the automatic welding of zinc-bromine liquid flow battery diaphragms.
Product Features:
A. The optical fiber laser's electro-optical conversion efficiency reaches 30%, which is 10 times that of YAG lasers, with extremely low energy consumption;
B. Lifespan of up to 100,000 hours, compact size, lightweight, and maintenance-free;
C. High aspect ratio, small weld width, small heat-affected zone, minimal deformation, and fast welding speed, 5-10 times faster than YAG lasers;
D. The maximum depth of the weld pool can reach 10mm, with smooth and aesthetically pleasing welds, requiring no post-weld treatment or only simple processing steps;
E. Powerful PC control, easy to program, debug, and maintain. It can perform automatic or semi-automatic spot welding, butt welding, stack welding, and sealing welding, suitable for complex planar straight lines, arcs, and arbitrary trajectories;
F. The software adopts an IDE integrated working environment, with the main interface integrating graphic editing, operation monitoring, programming collection, and motion control, featuring a simple and professional layout that can effectively improve work efficiency;
G. Uses a galvanometer-type welding workstation.
