Case Introduction:
The intelligent welding digital factory for T-shaped materials is used for the automatic pre-assembly, assembly, panel grinding, panel beveling, T-shaped material welding, and correction of the hull T-shaped materials.
(1) This product is a dedicated production line for efficient mass production of marine T-shaped materials, equipped with automatic feeding of panels and webs, panel positioning devices, web positioning devices, T-shaped material assembly, positioning welding devices, panel grinding, panel beveling, T-shaped material lateral discharge, logistics chain devices for station conversion, conveyor roller tracks, and other auxiliary equipment, achieving automation of the panel grinding, T-shaped material assembly, beveling, multi-head welding, and horizontal correction processes.
(2) It can achieve assembly positioning welding for both centered and off-centered T-shaped materials.
(3) The assembly line can achieve automatic feeding, aligning the ends of the panel and web, and issuing corresponding safety alarms and other functions.
(4) The entire process is automatically controlled by PLC, with safety alarms and interlocks set for each process to ensure safety at every stage and orderly production.
