Case Introduction:
Mainly used for the external welds of the end beams of port machinery products, the three-sided forming welds of the boom, and the external welds, as well as the three-sided forming welds and external welds of the elephant trunk beam bottom beam. The entire set of equipment can meet various complex process requirements such as flat welding, vertical welding, overhead welding, and uphill welding, and is compatible with various models of welding operations.
Technical Highlights:
(1) This welding system integrates mature hardware devices, equipped with self-developed parametric programming software, and achieves automatic generation of welding trajectories through the rapid establishment of welding process BOM, solving the difficulties of on-site teaching programming for large structural components and improving efficiency. It is also equipped with a 3D laser positioning system and a correction system that automatically corrects the starting position of the weld before welding.
(2) Equipped with a welding manufacturing quality monitoring system, which has data collection and analysis functions during the welding process, capable of collecting parameters such as current, voltage, and equipment operating status.
