Case Introduction:
Based on the welding line process cycle calculation and process flow, the main equipment planned for the production line includes end shaft/support plate assembly welding station, rebar assembly welding station, cylinder assembly welding station, welding robot ground rail, handling robot ground rail, quick-change gripper frame, material rack, welding robot system, handling robot system, etc.
The workstation tooling is a non-standard design, used in conjunction with the automatic assembly handling robot, placing small parts such as left and right end shafts and hollow tubes from the material rack onto the fixture tooling for assembly welding. After welding is completed, the gripper robot will transfer it to the next station for the corresponding assembly welding process. The gripper is versatile and adapts to most product models.
