The automated welding workstation for the chassis uses a side gantry + heavy-duty H-type positioner + fully automatic clamping hydraulic follow-up fixture, achieving flexible welding for different specifications and models of chassis. Combined with low-pressure positioning and arc tracking systems, it can easily handle complex weld seams on the chassis. This workstation can greatly improve production efficiency, ensure welding quality, and significantly reduce labor risks.

·This workstation uses a heavy-duty H-type positioner, which can rotate and flip. The robot has X, Y, and Z axis movements, effectively avoiding interference from fixtures and workpieces, stabilizing and improving welding quality, and better ensuring high-quality welding.
·The chassis has many weld seams, with positions that are not concentrated and complex shapes. Through the flipping of the positioner, the movement of the side gantry, and the changes in the robot's gun posture, it can ensure good accessibility of the welding gun and the most reasonable welding posture for straight lines, arcs, and other complex weld seams.
·It can greatly improve welding quality and assembly levels, avoiding the influence of the welder's skill level. The appearance of the weld seams is regular and flat, with minimal spatter, and it can reduce grinding and rework after welding.
·Simple operation, the workstation has a good human-machine interface, displays in Chinese, and has low technical requirements for workers.
·The combination of high-quality equipment configuration and intelligent integrated control system ensures fast welding, utilizing the advantages of fast external axis servo speed and linkage, which is beneficial for cross welding and reduces workpiece welding deformation.
·Equipped with a large information display screen showing welding parameters, welding process records, and production status, it has good visibility.
