Case Introduction:
The flexible intelligent factory for tower crane truss structures consists of a boom production line, a boom chord welding station, and a balance arm production line. It is mainly used for the assembly, welding, grinding, and inspection of flat-top tower crane truss-type steel structure workpieces (booms, balance arms, arm root sections).
Technical Highlights:
·Application chain flipping machine, which can achieve the flipping and positioning of booms and balance arms, facilitating full welding and trial welding operations for personnel;
·Using EMS aerial transportation and ground four-way trolleys, it enables the material flow of a single section boom from the assembly station to the full welding station, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.
