Case Introduction:
·The entire automatic welding line is arranged with three dual-station welding workstations, using single-wire welding. Each station on the dual-station positioner can clamp one workpiece, and the robot alternately welds two workpieces. At the same time, the positioner uses a circular positioner, which can accommodate products of different lengths.
·The production line supporting software has contact positioning functions, weld seam arc pressure tracking functions, and features a welding expert database with various welding forms such as multi-layer multi-pass welding and single-layer single-pass welding, as well as automatic parameter adjustment functions.
·The loading and unloading of workpieces and in-line transportation are all carried out using AGV trolleys, greatly improving production efficiency.
