Case Introduction:
The production line adopts a non-excavation form, consisting of a flange and vertical plate prefabrication area, assembly area, full welding area, and manual repair and polishing area. The entire production line is highly automated and flexible, capable of producing various models of turntables.
Technical Highlights:
(1) The prefabricated workpieces of the line are automatically welded by robots after manual assembly;
(2) The overall assembly and welding of the line use robots + positioners + intelligent trusses for automatic welding;
(3) The automatic welding station is equipped with a follow-up dust removal system, while the manual prefabrication and repair stations use a mobile dust removal system.
Workflow:
(1) After the materials enter the conveyor line, they are automatically controlled by PLC to complete material transfer.
(2) The truss manipulator automatically grabs the materials into the assembly fixture, which also synchronously performs automated clamping.
(3) After assembly is completed, the truss manipulator automatically grabs the materials into the automated workstation for welding.
