To strengthen the talent pipeline for intelligent manufacturing and help young employees transition from campus to the workplace, Nanjing Hexin Automation Co., Ltd. has established a comprehensive, system‑wide training program, launching a specialized development initiative for the 2026 cohort of robot commissioning interns. Since joining in November 2025, the first group of interns has completed a six‑month, step‑by‑step growth journey, guided throughout by a rigorous “selecting the best among the best” screening process, thereby cultivating a highly skilled pool of future talent.

In the first phase, the Yancheng Hexin Discrete Intelligent Factory was established. A month-long intensive training program focused on core topics such as robot operation protocols, process workflows, and risk identification, balancing theoretical foundations with hands-on practical exercises. Senior engineers used real-world production-line case studies to deliver detailed instruction, helping trainees quickly transition into their roles and build a solid professional skill base. Upon passing the final assessment, participants were assigned in batches to various project sites, where they received dedicated mentorship from robot team leaders and gained frontline experience through practical application. For critical job‑specific skills—including external axis configuration, equipment communication debugging, fault diagnosis, and wire‑feed positioning—trainers provided step‑by‑step demonstrations and scenario‑based training, enabling learners to translate theoretical knowledge into tangible, on‑site problem‑solving capabilities.

The company adheres to a learning‑by‑assessment approach, rigorously selects and cultivates top talent, and has established a comprehensive evaluation system that emphasizes practical skills while also taking into account overall on‑site performance. To date, the first round of project‑phase assessments has been completed, providing a thorough review of trainees’ progress at this stage. The next phase of centralized evaluations is set to begin shortly; those who pass will be formally offered employment contracts upon receiving their graduation certificates. For trainees who have not yet met the standards, the company will arrange targeted coaching and follow‑up support. Should they still fail to meet job requirements after re‑evaluation, they will be dynamically reassigned in accordance with the “selecting the best from among the best” talent‑selection principle, ensuring that real‑world performance remains the ultimate measure of genuine ability and competence.

Young talent is the core driving force behind corporate growth. Nanjing Hexin has consistently prioritized talent pipeline development, leveraging a robust training and selection framework to build a highly capable, battle-ready automation team, thereby continuously injecting youthful energy into the company’s high-quality development.
