Since becoming a member of the Hexin Project Management Center in 2017, Pan Hailong has taken the construction of smart factories as the stage for his career. He strives for excellence in every project, leading the project team to create multiple quality projects; he lives up to expectations, responding to clients' high standards, and has repeatedly completed project deliveries with high quality, accumulating a good reputation and credibility for the company.

Whenever he recalls the intelligent welding digital factory project of the balance beam he undertook when he first joined the company, Pan Hailong still feels excited. At that time, due to tight deadlines and heavy tasks, he often needed to work overtime to meet the schedule. However, the fulfillment of work and the gradual realization of the project made him not feel tired. Because he knows that every effort and contribution is for the perfect delivery of the project and the collective achievement of the team. At the moment when the project was successfully delivered and received praise from the client, a sense of pride arose in his heart, turning all the hard work into comfort.

In more than four years, Ouyang Wenjian has grown from a novice intern to a capable leader of the robot group, and then to being recognized as an outstanding employee. He recalls with deep feelings that it was the project practice opportunities provided by the company that greatly enhanced his professional skills and communication abilities. Although there are still many shortcomings and the road of learning is long, he firmly believes that as long as he continues to work hard, he can constantly surpass himself.

In a project to renovate old equipment, due to severe aging, a large number of existing faults needed to be resolved before installation and debugging. To avoid delaying the project schedule, Ouyang led his team members to voluntarily give up their rest time, working overtime for several consecutive days until dawn. With the joint efforts of the team members, all equipment faults were finally eliminated, ensuring that the equipment could be put into normal use and effectively guaranteeing the project proceeded as planned.

The key to Ouyang Wenjian's rapid growth lies in his positive attitude towards difficulties. Whenever he encounters technical challenges at work, he is always brave enough to face them, actively searching for information, analyzing problems in depth, and is eager to consult with leaders and colleagues. This thirst for knowledge keeps him maintaining a high level of work enthusiasm. Yuan Yongqing has participated in multiple projects such as the boom-type chassis turntable welding project, scissor plate intelligent welding project, and phase two of the aerial work vehicle intelligent welding line, receiving high praise from clients and being awarded the title of "Outstanding Employee" by the company.

For three years, Yuan Yongqing has consistently remained at the forefront of robot debugging work on project sites. Whether on workdays or holidays, he is like a wound-up machine, working tirelessly from morning till night. As long as the project starts, his tireless figure can be seen. His meticulous work attitude, dedication, and professional technical level ensure high-quality engineering.

Yuan Yongqing always takes the client's needs as his own responsibility, quickly responding to various on-site technical support requests. One night while on a business trip for the Zhenjiang project, he received an urgent call from a client right after finishing dinner. Without any hesitation, he immediately went to the site to provide support. He only returned to his accommodation to rest after ensuring the project was back to normal at 2 a.m.

As an ordinary young employee, Yuan Yongqing interprets the essence of craftsmanship through action and writes a glorious chapter in life through dedication.

As a member of the electrical department, on her first day of work, Zhou Jingjing rushed to the project site and has been there for over 200 days.

"I was quite nervous when I first received the task because I didn't have particularly rich work experience and was worried about not completing the task well, which would delay the team's work." Zhou Jingjing was quite apprehensive at that time. But looking back now, she not only cooperated with the team to complete the electrical debugging work but also bravely took on heavy responsibilities, showing both the courage of a "newborn calf not afraid of tigers" and the focus and steadiness of "excellence comes from diligence and action comes from thought."

In the intelligent welding project for high machine structural components designed and built for a well-known large domestic engineering machinery enterprise, Zhou Jingjing integrated this sense of "responsibility" and "focus" into her work. During the commissioning phase, due to the high precision requirements of the equipment and the complexity of the process, multiple adjustments to the equipment signals were needed, which affected the client's night shift production schedule. To ensure the client could produce normally, she took the initiative to contact the on-site staff, researched and discussed overnight, and ultimately found a solution through joint efforts, gaining the client's recognition.

Because of this sense of "responsibility" and "focus," Zhou Jingjing has become increasingly adept at her work, gradually becoming an indispensable member of the team. Clients and colleagues who have worked with her praise her work attitude.
