Strengthening the construction of the talent echelon and establishing a talent reserve has always been an important goal of the HR construction of Hexin Group. In order to provide a more systematic and comprehensive training for interns, enhance their business skills, and enable them to grow rapidly and possess the ability to work independently, Hexin Group recently organized an education and training program for interns, with 18 interns participating in this training.
Building Dreams with Hexin
The head of the technology center first warmly welcomed the interns on behalf of the company and briefly introduced the company situation and internship background. He expressed high hopes for the interns, expecting them to make the most of their time, improve themselves during the internship, and continuously enhance and grow through practice.
Empowering Growth
Subsequently, the corporate management center led the interns to visit the headquarters and the Yancheng discrete digital factory, and organized various departments to share relevant requirements and knowledge regarding company regulations, safety production knowledge, and professional skills, allowing the new colleagues to have an intuitive understanding of the company and laying a solid foundation for serious implementation in the future.
This education and training will last for 2 weeks at the Yancheng factory, after which everyone will be assigned to various project sites to start their internship journey. For those who excel in their performance during the internship, the company will formally sign an employment contract with them after graduation, embarking on a journey of intelligent manufacturing together.
