The intelligent welding of scissor lift frames involves a large number of material allocation requirements. For a long time, the allocation of workpieces has been mostly done manually, leading to issues such as high intensity, low efficiency, and easy errors in the allocation sequence.
In response to the pain points of the frame allocation scenario, Hexin Group has launched a fully automatic scissor lift frame allocation area automation allocation solution. The solution plans the allocation area mainly composed of truss robots, handling fixtures, 3D visual recognition systems, electrical control systems, and material trays. It achieves automatic allocation of frame materials in complex scenarios and synchronizes production information collection with the production line information system, significantly improving material allocation efficiency.
Solution
1.1 Workflow:
• Manually input the information of the vehicle models that need to be allocated into the system in advance.
• The truss robot moves to the material to be grabbed, and the visual system takes a photo to automatically determine the material's position and angle, guiding the truss mechanical arm to grab the material.
• The truss mechanical arm places the grabbed materials in order on the material cart.
• Continuously grab materials until all materials on the cart are allocated.

The leveling machine levels workpieces, involving a large number of loading and unloading requirements. Traditional manual handling for loading and unloading has issues such as high intensity, low efficiency, and easy alignment errors of workpieces.

The solution is mainly composed of robot walking mechanisms, robot fixtures, 3D visual recognition systems, and electrical control systems. It achieves automatic loading, unloading, and stacking functions during the leveling process, fully meeting the automatic leveling requirements of specified workpieces, effectively improving the leveling efficiency and accuracy of workpieces.

2.1 Workflow:
2.1.1 Loading
• The robot walks to the material, takes a photo, and accurately grabs the material through visual recognition.
• The robot's mechanical arm grabs the material and places it on the leveling machine, completing the loading.
2.1.2 Detection
• After the material enters the leveling machine, unloading detection is performed.
2.1.3 Unloading
• The robot moves to the photo-taking position, scans the material, grabs it, unloads it, and stacks it into the frame.
2.2 Advantages of the solution:
• The system has high positioning accuracy, accurately locating the material grabbing position and stacking position.
Automatically identify the grabbing position through vision, accurately grab materials, and automatically align workpieces after unloading, effectively reducing alignment errors and perfectly meeting the subsequent robotic grabbing requirements.
