Product Manager
Work location: Nanjing Education requirement: Bachelor's degree Salary range: Negotiable
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the company's industrial software product projects, project management, and other tasks.
2. Responsible for writing relevant plans, including but not limited to project construction plans, implementation plans, project schedules, acceptance documents, etc.
3. Responsible for communication and coordination among project stakeholders, regularly reporting project implementation progress to internal and external supervisors, as well as related issues and suggested solutions during the implementation process.
4. Responsible for organizing the overall design of the product.
5. Build the upper computer software framework according to requirements;
6. Initiate product R&D tasks and supervise the progress and quality of product R&D throughout the process, responsible for business and technical coordination among relevant departments, and ensuring consistency between product realization and definition.
7. Responsible for organizing the formation of software product deliverables, providing support for market promotion and product delivery;
8. Responsible for continuously promoting product optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of experience in requirements analysis or software development management, over 5 years of experience in software development-related work, with project experience in the field of industrial automation preferred.
3. Familiar with the basic theories of process management and project management, able to proficiently use prototyping design tools such as Visual Studio, Navicat for MySQL, etc.; familiar with the architecture and use of common industrial control software such as DCS and SCADA.
4. Able to independently complete business requirements analysis for a project, and write project proposals, product technical plans, and product documentation.
5. Have a clear design thinking and working method for software requirements management, product planning, and definition.
6. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate smoothly with business personnel, developers, testers, etc., and accurately articulate the core points of requirements.
