Welding Process Engineer
Work location: Nanjing Education requirement: Bachelor's degree Salary range: Negotiable
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for welding process review, assisting the project in meeting product requirements, and conducting feasibility assessments for manufacturing.
2. Responsible for feasibility analysis of welding process layout, tooling design review, and progress tracking.
3. Responsible for formulating welding process flow and designing layout, reviewing the feasibility of welding processes for new projects, and proposing improvements to product designs; also, to specify requirements for new welding equipment and tooling, and participate in supplier qualification.
4. Organize process optimization and improvements (quality, efficiency, cost); implement checks for process compliance and effectiveness.
5. Responsible for designing or selecting welding equipment, tooling, and other equipment related to the welding process, ensuring compliance with safety, ergonomics, and quality requirements.
6. Responsible for the installation, parameter debugging, and technical acceptance of welding equipment for new projects, archiving relevant materials; responsible for trajectory debugging of welding tooling.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in welding or related fields; excellent fresh graduates are acceptable.
2. 1-3 years of experience in arc welding fixture design, and 1 year of experience in arc welding process planning.
3. Experience with automation equipment in general industry, 3C industry, or heavy industry.
4. Familiar with the selection of procurement items such as process equipment, and proficient in using 3D software (CATIA/UG) and CAD software.
5. Proficient in using office software such as Excel and PowerPoint, with a good sense of responsibility, and able to independently complete process plan work.
