Senior Mechanical Engineer
Work location: Nanjing, Changsha, Xuzhou Education requirement: Bachelor's degree Salary range: Negotiable
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the mechanical design of non-standard automation equipment; selection of mechanical purchased parts.
2. Responsible for organizing and archiving project technical documents and writing manuals.
3. Solving on-site problems; providing technical support to external departments.
Qualifications:
1. More than ten years of mechanical design experience, with relevant experience in mechanical equipment design or tooling fixture design; experience in 3C, home appliances, food and beverage single machine, and production line design is preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, and Automation, etc.
3. Proficient in the selection and application of mechanical purchased parts (hydraulic, pneumatic, reducers, motors, servo motors, stepper motors, linear guides, slewing bearings, ball screws).
4. Proficient in the selection and application of standard parts (fasteners, bearings); familiar with the design of various mechanical transmissions (gears, sprockets, screws, link mechanisms, worm gears, etc.).
5. Able to produce complete mechanical drawings proficiently, meticulous and careful in work, able to endure hardships, with a strong sense of challenge and work passion; solving on-site problems and providing technical support to external departments.
6. Must be familiar with drawing software such as Solidworks, CAD, Catia, and office software such as Word and Excel.
