Project Manager
Work location: Nanjing, Changsha, Xuzhou Education requirement: Bachelor's degree Salary range: Negotiable
Job responsibilities:
1. Develop project management plans according to project delivery requirements;
2. Optimize the engineering delivery process to ensure quality, accelerate progress, and complete project pre-acceptance according to planned milestones;
3. Implement comprehensive control over quality, cost, progress, and safety during the construction process through various measures, and complete project final acceptance according to planned milestones;
4. Responsible for on-site safety management and safety training, conducting daily safety inspections to prevent safety accidents.
5. Fill out reports daily according to project management process requirements and provide timely feedback, review and close issues raised in the reports promptly;
6. Responsible for collecting and organizing project process documentation to ensure the completeness of project files.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical Automation, or related fields; more than 3 years of work experience, PMP certification preferred;
2. Experience in full-process management of projects in the automation industry, with on-site project management experience;
3. Preference for those who have held positions in student unions or clubs during school;
4. Computer Level 2, proficient in Office software and Solidworks software;
5. Outgoing personality, good communication skills, approachability, and strong team collaboration awareness;
6. Willingness to travel for extended periods.
